Skin Sensitivity

How To Use
Apply gradually if you are new to magnesium oil or haven’t used it for a while.
- Start with a few sprays on the soles of your feet, then gradually apply to your stomach, joints, and muscles as your skin becomes accustomed.
- Gently massage into the skin.
- Do not rinse off.

From the look of the bottle to the effects it has on my sleep, I highly rate this! I've tried the Luxe from my friend and it absorbs better than the unscented but I think that's because it's made from the brine not the flakes? I use it at night under my feet and put socks on. Sleep SOO deep!
