If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Opened & Used Products
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
For eligible returns (unused and in original condition), requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
