How To Use
Apply gradually if you are new to magnesium oil or haven’t used it for a while.
- Start with a few sprays on the soles of your feet, then gradually apply to your stomach, joints, and muscles as your skin becomes accustomed.
- Gently massage into the skin.
- Do not rinse off.
