Skin Sensitivity
A mild tingling sensation may occur, especially if you are new to topical magnesium. This is normal and often indicates low magnesium levels. This sensation typically reduces with continued use. If needed, you can dilute the spray with a small amount of water to reduce sensitivity.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Magnesium Oil is generally considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, our formula is made using Magnesium Chloride Flakes that undergo a heating process. For absolute peace of mind, our we recommend our pure unscented mist derived directly from brine.

How To Use
Apply gradually if you are new to magnesium oil or haven’t used it for a while.
- Start with a couple of sprays on the soles of your feet, then gradually apply to your stomach, joints, and muscles as your skin becomes accustomed to it
- Rub in to your muscles gently and allow for total absorption
- Don’t wash off
You may experience a slight sting on the skin if you have never used this product, but this is normal and actually means you may be magnesium deficient. It will subside.

Kids
Application for children -
0–2 yrs: 2–3 sprays on feet or stomach.
3–6 yrs: 4–5 sprays.
7–12 yrs: 5–6 sprays before bed.
13–16 yrs: 10–12 sprays before bed.
16+ yrs: 10–12 sprays before bed.
Rinse with water or a damp cloth after 20 minutes for comfort.
