Although Magnesium Oil is perfectly safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women, we use Magnesium Chloride Flakes which have undergone a heating process. For 100% safety our supplier suggests the pure unscented oil version made from the brine.
If you experience any tingling or sensitivity, feel free to dilute the spray with a small amount of distilled water.

Use
Apply gradually if you are new to magnesium oil or haven’t used it for a while.
- Start with a couple of sprays on the soles of your feet, then gradually apply to your stomach, joints, and muscles as your skin becomes accustomed to it
- Rub in to your muscles gently and allow for total absorption
- Don’t wash off
